The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very characterful wine. This wine is a tad more structured than in years gone by, but an elegant and fine wine nonetheless. Sorted in the vineyards, and then it is crushed into a tank. The fermentation is completely natural. There are between 10-14 days spent on the skins, which is then pressed into 225L French oak barrels, and finally it is left to finish via Malolactic fermentation.
