From the most Southern tip of Africa and the cool climate tip of Africa. The Cape Agulhas region with close proximity to the ocean produces wines that are elegant, mineral and natural in texture.
The varietals of this blend are hand-picked and gently de-stemmed. Independently fermented, matured, aged in French oak for 12 months and meticulously blended. Pairing well with hearty red meats, dark chocolate, coffee and berries.
