Black Oystercatcher, Rosé 2019
A wonderfully crisp, dry and fruity rosé from the southernmost tip of the African continent.
Full of distinctive strawberry, red cherry and pomegranate aromas with a long mineral finish.
From the most Southern tip of Africa and the cool climate tip of Africa. The Cape Agulhas region with close proximity to the ocean produces wines that are elegant, mineral and natural in texture.
The 2019 Rosé is a blend of 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 67% Merlot grapes. Both portions of this blend are picked at an early stage, moderate skin contact given and only the free-run juice used with a cold fermentation technique.
Enjoy with fresh salads and light seafood.
